Since 2004, The Castle hill library has welcomed over 6.3 million visitors and secured itself as a critical resource in the hills district. In late February 2021, the library underwent a renovation which brought a new lease of life to the space. To compliment the updated aesthetics, we had the pleasure of designing the food & beverage menu as well as providing the equipment & serveware schedule, kitchen management & employee training, operational templates & ongoing support during the launch.
